About Our NSW Farmstay
** Honeycomb Valley Farm now has a 4-bedroom farmhouse available for holiday rental, in addition to our much-loved 2 x 2 bedroom farmstay cottages. You'll enjoy a great hosted farm experience so book now, bring yourself - or friends and family too - for a great get-together.,
Hi there and welcome! We're really proud to have won Gold for Best Hosted Accommodation at the North Coast Tourism Awards for 3 years running (2010, 2011, 2012) for our NSW family farmstay and to be inducted into North Coast Tourism's Hall of Fame in 2013. We've also been a Finalist at the NSW State Awards (2010, 2011 and 2012) coming home with the State Bronze in 2010 and 2012 - and in 2013 - holy molle - the GOLD! And Silver at the QANTAS Australian tourism awards too! But we're prouder of the fact that over the years running the farmstay we've been able to give people like you really fab family holidays and experiences. Many of our guests we now call friends.
At Honeycomb Valley Farm we offer a fun, hosted farm stay holiday on our 90 acre family farm. Here things change with the seasons and each day is different. It's a hands-on farmstay holiday where you can become involved as much or as little as you like.
Your hosts are the Campbell family.
This isn't a farmstay where you get plonked in a cottage or homestead and are left to twiddle your thumbs (though you can do that if you like!), there are activities here morning and afternoon that you are welcome to join with us on. There's plenty of animal care to be done, feeding the goats, grooming the horses, bottle-feeding baby lambs, feeding the chooks and collecting eggs, grooming alpacas, fixing fences, spinning honey, harvesting herbs and plenty more. Or maybe you just want to lounge by the solar heated pool, gaze into a campfire or take the pedalboats out for a spin on the dam!
Our aim is to offer you a home away from home. A place where you can enjoy the outdoors and animals together. A place, where you can ask questions about farm life, farm animals and tree changing and all things animal and vegetable. A place we hope you'll have fond memories of for a long time to come!
Hope we get to meet you soon! To read a little more about our NSW farmstay, check us out on Trip Advisor, read our guest comments, or click on the cover of the story book below, and to turn the page, keep on clicking. Enjoy.
